What time is check-in?
Check-in starts from 3:00 PM.
Is there a shuttle service?
Yes, we offer a free shuttle service from Kawaguchiko Station. Advance reservation is required. Available between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM.
Can I stay with my pet?
We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed.
Until what time can we enjoy BBQ, bonfires, or fireworks?
All outdoor activities must end by 8:00 PM. Our staff will begin clean-up after that.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. BBQ grill sets (grill, charcoal, and cooking utensils) are available for rent on-site.
Can we bring our own BBQ or bonfire equipment?
We’re sorry, but for safety reasons, bringing your own fire-related equipment is not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
All indoor areas are non-smoking. Please use the outdoor terrace if you wish to smoke. Ashtrays are available at the front desk.
Can I go outside late at night?
Yes, you may. However, please be quiet and considerate of other guests who may be resting.
I might arrive late. Is late check-in possible?
Yes, it is possible. The front desk closes around 8:00–9:00 PM. If you plan to arrive late, please contact us in advance and we will provide self check-in instructions.
Can I bring musical instruments or use speakers?
We’re sorry, but due to nearby residential areas, loud music or instruments are not permitted.
