What time is check-in?
Check-in starts from 3:00 PM.
Can I stay with my pet?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.
Until what time can we enjoy BBQ, campfires, and fireworks?
All activities must finish by 8:00 PM. Our staff will begin clean-up after that.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. A grill set (including grill, charcoal, and cooking utensils) is available for rent on-site.
Can we bring our own BBQ or campfire equipment?
We are sorry, but bringing any fire-producing equipment is not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. Guests who wish to smoke may do so on the outdoor terrace. Ashtrays are available at the front desk.
Can I go out late at night?
Yes, you may. However, please move quietly as other guests may be resting.
What if I arrive late for check-in?
That is possible. The front desk closes between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM. If you inform us in advance, we can provide instructions for self check-in.
Can I bring musical instruments or use speakers?
We are sorry, but musical instruments and speakers are not allowed as the noise may disturb nearby residents.
