What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Self check-in is available.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
Is there a front desk?
There is no front desk. Self check-in and check-out are available. Staff patrol the property regularly.
How do I check in?
We will send you an online check-in guide by email prior to your stay. Please check your confirmation email for details.
■ About BBQ & Meals
Until what time can I use the BBQ or bonfire?
Fire-related activities can be enjoyed until 8:00 PM.
What is included in the BBQ grill rental plan?
The plan includes a BBQ grill, charcoal, charcoal lighting service, BBQ utensils, cleaning, and waste disposal.
Tools provided: tongs, aluminum foil, garbage bags, kitchen paper, scissors, salt & pepper, cooking oil, plates, glasses, and chopsticks.
Until when can I order a meal plan?
Please contact us at least 3 days before your stay.
(Orders made the day before or on the day of arrival cannot be accepted due to ingredient preparation.)
How much is the grill-only rental?
¥4,000 per day, or ¥6,000 for two days.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own ingredients and beverages.
Are handheld fireworks allowed?
Yes, handheld fireworks are permitted only on the gravel area.
■ TRAILER HOUSE — About the Room
Is there air conditioning and heating?
Yes, of course. You can stay comfortably throughout all seasons.
Is there a private bathroom and toilet?
Yes, each trailer has its own shower room and toilet.
Are kitchen utensils provided?
Yes. Each unit includes a mini kitchen, electric kettle, microwave, IH stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, cooking utensils, knife, cutting board, and tableware.
Can I see Mt. Fuji from the room?
Mt. Fuji can be seen from the KING trailer house. It cannot be seen from the Queen trailer house.
Please note that visibility depends on the weather and cannot be guaranteed.
■ DOME — About the Room
Is there air conditioning and heating?
Yes, of course. You can stay comfortably throughout all seasons.
Is there a toilet and bath inside the dome tent?
No, there is not. However, each dome has a private bathroom located just in front of the tent.
Can I see Mt. Fuji from the dome?
Yes, Mt. Fuji is visible from the dome tents.
Are kitchen utensils provided?
There is no kitchen in the dome, but a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses, and mugs are provided.

Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available exclusively for guests.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
There is a local supermarket within a 10-minute walk, and a large supermarket center about 3 minutes away by car.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made on the day before or on the day of check-in will incur a 100% charge.
No-shows will also be charged the full amount automatically.
How can I cancel my reservation?
A cancellation link is included in your booking confirmation email.
