Reservations can be made online only. You can book through our official website (this site), Booking.com, Airbnb, and other platforms.

We do not accept reservations by phone.

A cancellation link will be provided in your confirmation email after booking. You may cancel your reservation up to 2 days before your stay.

We accept online payment only. Your registered credit card will be charged before your stay. Please note that your reservation may be canceled if the payment cannot be processed.

Free cancellation is available up to 2 days before your stay. Cancellations made on the day before or the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Self check-in is available. You will receive detailed check-in instructions via email the day before your stay. Please be sure to check your email in advance.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in may be available up to 1 hour in advance depending on the cleaning schedule. Late check-out until 11:00 AM is available free of charge for bookings made through our official website only.

Yes, our staff can be contacted at any time if needed.

You can see the upper part of Mt. Fuji from the second floor. Please note that the full view of the mountain is not visible.

Pets are not permitted.

We provide locally sourced organic amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover set, toothbrushes, razors, cotton sets, and towels.

Children under 5 stay free and are not counted toward the total number of guests.

There are two toilets and one bathroom located on the second floor.

BBQ is available until 9:00 PM.

Bringing your own BBQ equipment is not allowed.

Yes, handheld fireworks and bonfires are permitted, both available until 9:00 PM.

Yes, the rental fee is ¥4,000. For a two-day rental, the fee is ¥6,000.

We provide basic seasonings such as cooking oil, olive oil, pink salt, and black pepper. A full set of standard cooking utensils is also available.

Yes, a shuttle service between the station and the property is available by advance reservation only. Please note that shuttle service is not available during your stay.

Yes, MaxValu supermarket is located about a 5-minute drive away.

Yes, up to 3 cars can be parked per villa. Please contact us in advance if you require additional parking.
