What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Self check-in is possible.
How do I check in?
By the day before your stay, we will send instructions for check-in and online check-in to your registered email address. Please use the online check-in service “maneKEY.” You can check in yourself using the door code or tablet code.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Is staff assistance available?
Yes, you can contact our emergency number at any time if you need assistance.
■About the Room
Can I see Mt. Fuji from the room?
Yes, on clear days you can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji from the room. Please note that you will mainly see the top part of the mountain rather than the entire mountain.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, pets are not allowed.
What amenities are provided?
We provide bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, cotton sets, razors, and makeup remover sets for women. Organic brand shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available in the bathroom. Please bring your own pajamas.
Is cleaning done during consecutive nights?
During consecutive nights, staff do not enter guest rooms. If you would like trash collection, linen changes, or light cleaning, please contact us in advance. We will accommodate your request.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer free parking exclusively for guests. Each villa can accommodate up to 3 cars.
How many people can stay in one villa?
Up to 7 guests can stay in one villa.
Are infants counted in the number of guests?
Children under 5 years old do not need to be counted. No additional fee is charged for infants.
How many toilets and bathrooms are in one villa?
Each villa has 2 toilets and 1 bathroom.
Are baby cots available?
We can provide a baby cot upon request. Please inform us in advance if you would like to use one.
How many beds are in one villa?
Each villa accommodates up to 7 guests. There is 1 double bed, 4 single beds, and 1 sofa bed. Additional bedding cannot be provided.
What cooking utensils and seasonings are available?
Basic cooking tools are provided, including frying pans, pots, knives, cutting boards, tongs, bowls, tableware, and cutlery. Seasonings include pink salt, black pepper, olive oil, and vegetable oil.
■BBQ & Activities
Until what time can we use the BBQ?
BBQ is available until 9:00 PM.
What seasonings are provided for BBQ?
Pink salt, black pepper, vegetable oil, and olive oil are provided.
Can I bring my own BBQ equipment?
Bringing your own BBQ equipment is not allowed.
Are bonfires or fireworks allowed?
Bonfires are allowed in the designated area. Hand-held fireworks are allowed until 9:00 PM.
Can BBQ be done in the rain?
Yes, the balcony is covered, so BBQ can be enjoyed even in rainy weather.
Is there a fee for the BBQ grill?
Yes, rental is available for ¥4,000 per session. For consecutive night stays, an additional ¥2,000 will be added.
When should the BBQ meal plan be reserved?
To arrange ingredients, please make your reservation at least 3 days before check-in.

Is shuttle service available?
Available by reservation only. Before check-in: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM. After check-out: 9:00 / 9:30 / 10:00 AM. Availability depends on booking status.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
A large supermarket is within a 5-minute drive.

What payment methods are accepted?
Only online prepayment is accepted. To prevent fraudulent bookings, credit card information is required.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations on the day or the day before incur 100% of the accommodation fee. No-shows are also charged automatically.
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations are accepted online only. Phone reservations are not available to avoid potential issues.
How do I cancel a reservation?
You can cancel using the URL provided in your booking confirmation email. Please complete the cancellation yourself.
