What time is check-in?
Check-in at Villas Fuji Terrace starts from 3:00 PM. Guests can enter the property via self check-in.
How do I check in?
By the day before your arrival, we will send you instructions for check-in and online check-in to your registered email address. Using the online check-in service “maneKEY,” you can complete self check-in with the door code and tablet code.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
How do I check out?
This is a self check-out property. Please follow the instructions in the in-house guide and complete the check-out process on the tablet provided.
Is staff assistance available?
Yes. If you need assistance, you may contact the emergency number at any time. Our staff is stationed nearby.
■ About Reservations
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash and credit card payments are accepted on-site. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us in advance.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 2 days before the stay are free of charge. Cancellations made one day before or on the day of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Why is a credit card required at the time of booking?
Credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation and verify your identity. This applies to bookings made through both our official website and third-party booking sites.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
Unfortunately, for security reasons, we do not accept reservations by phone.
How can I cancel my reservation?
A cancellation link is included at the bottom of the confirmation email sent at the time of booking. Please proceed from there.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, we can issue an electronic receipt. It will be sent between check-in and after check-out.
■ About the Rooms
Can I see Mt. Fuji from the room?
On clear days, Mt. Fuji can be viewed from the rooms and the property grounds. *Please note that Mt. Fuji is not visible from the East building, which is offered at a lower rate.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
What amenities are provided?
Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided for each guest. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. *Please bring your own pajamas.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available for guests. Up to two cars can be parked per villa.
What is the maximum number of guests?
Each villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Are infants included in the guest count?
Children under 5 years old are not included in the guest count and stay free of charge.
How many toilets are there?
Each villa has two toilets.
Is there a bathroom?
Each villa has one bathroom.
Please tell me about the bedding.
On the first floor, there is a Japanese-style room with three futon sets. The living room sofa can also be used as a sofa bed with futons.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: one with three single beds and another with two single beds.

Can I move the beds?
Please do not move the beds. As stated in the house rules, moving furniture may cause damage or stains to floors and walls. In case of damage, compensation may be required.

The bathroom is located on the second floor.
What kitchen equipment is available?
IH stove, pots, frying pans, electric kettle, knives, cutting board, cutlery, tableware, hot plate, spatula, ladle, cooking chopsticks, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, and freezer are provided.

Is air conditioning available?
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, which you can adjust to your preferred temperature.

Until what time can we use the BBQ?
BBQ use is allowed until 9:00 PM.
What seasonings are provided?
Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided.
Can we bring our own BBQ equipment?
Bringing your own BBQ equipment is not permitted.
Are bonfires or fireworks allowed?
Bonfires and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Is the BBQ grill rental free?
No. The BBQ grill can be rented for ¥4,000 per use. For consecutive nights, an additional ¥2,000 will be charged.
Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
There is a supermarket within a 10-minute drive. Please check Google Maps for details.
