What time is check-in?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. You can enter the property via self check-in.
How do I check in?
Before your stay, we will send an email with instructions for checking in and using our online check-in service. You can complete self check-in using the door code and tablet code via the online service “maneKEY”.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
How do I check out?
Check-out is self-service. Please turn off all electronic devices, gas, etc., and complete the check-out process on the tablet provided.
Is staff support available?
Yes. If you need assistance, you can contact the emergency number at any time. Staff are located nearby.

■ Reservation

What payment methods are available?
Online credit card payment in advance, as well as cash or credit card payment on-site, are accepted.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 2 days before the stay are free. Cancellations the day before or on the day of the stay will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
Why do I need to provide credit card information when booking?
Credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation and verify your identity. This is standard even when booking through third-party sites.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
We apologize, but phone reservations are not accepted for security reasons.
How do I cancel a reservation?
You can cancel using the cancellation link at the bottom of the confirmation email sent when you booked.
Can I get a receipt?
Electronic receipts are available and will be sent between check-in and check-out.

■ Rooms

Can I see Mount Fuji from the room?
Unfortunately, Mount Fuji is not visible from the property.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
What amenities are provided?
Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided for each guest. The bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. ※Please bring your own pajamas.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is free parking for guests.
What is the maximum number of guests?
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Are infants included in the guest count?
Children under 5 years old are not included in the guest count and stay for free.
How many toilets are there?
There is 1 toilet in the house.
Is there a bathroom?
Yes, there is 1 bathroom in the house.
What kind of bedding is provided?
There are 2 Japanese-style rooms with futons and 1 bedroom with 2 double beds.
Can I move the beds?
Please do not move the beds. Moving furniture may cause damage to the property or furnishings, and guests may be held responsible for any damages.
What kitchen items are available?
IH stove, pots, frying pans, kettle, toaster, knives, cutting board, cutlery, dishes, hot plate, spatula, ladle, chopsticks, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, and freezer.
Can I have a BBQ?
BBQs are not allowed on the property.
Is there heating and cooling in the rooms?
Yes, each room has an air conditioner. You can adjust the temperature as you like.
Is a hair dryer provided?
Yes, a hair dryer is available in the bathroom.

Is there a shuttle service?
There is no shuttle service. You can reach the property by taxi or on foot from Kawaguchiko Station.
What is the nearest station?
The nearest station is Kawaguchiko Station.
Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
There are several convenience stores within walking distance. With a car, supermarkets are also easily accessible.
