■ About Check-in
What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. Self check-in is available.
How do I check in?
We will send detailed check-in instructions and an online check-in link to your registered email address one day before arrival. Please complete the online check-in via Minpakin. You can enter the room using the door code and tablet code provided.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Can I pay in cash on site?
Yes, cash payment is available. Please select “Cash Payment” when making your reservation.
■ About the Rooms
Can I see Mt. Fuji from the room?
Yes, Mt. Fuji can be seen from the room on clear days.
Are pets allowed?
We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed.
What amenities are provided?
Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided for each guest. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are available in the bathroom. Please bring your own pajamas.
Is cleaning service provided during multi-night stays?
During your stay, staff will not enter your room. If you would like garbage collection or linen exchange, please contact us. We can assist upon request.
Is there parking available?
Yes, a free private parking lot is available for guests. Up to two cars per villa can be parked.
What is the maximum number of guests?
Building A/C: up to 8 guests. Building B: up to 9 guests. We cannot provide additional bedding beyond these limits.
■ About BBQ & Activities
Until what time can we use the BBQ?
BBQ is available until 9:00 PM.
What seasonings are available?
Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided.
Can I bring my own BBQ equipment?
No, bringing your own BBQ equipment is not permitted.
Can we have a bonfire or fireworks?
Bonfires are not allowed. Handheld fireworks are permitted on the gravel area until 9:00 PM.
Is the BBQ grill rental free?
The BBQ grill rental costs ¥4,000 per use. For consecutive nights, an additional ¥2,000 will be charged.
Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
Yes. A convenience store is within a 5-minute walk, and a supermarket is about 3 minutes away by car. Please check Google Maps for more details.
■ Access & Other Information
Is there a shuttle service?
Yes, a shuttle service is available by advance reservation. Pick-up is available before check-in between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM, and drop-off after check-out at 9:00 / 9:30 / 10:00 AM. Please note that requests may not be possible depending on availability.
