What time is check-in?
Check-in starts from 16:00. Self check-in is available.
Can I bring pets?
We’re sorry, pets are not allowed.
Is there parking available?
Yes. We provide a free parking lot exclusively for guests. Up to two cars per unit can be parked.
Until what time can we use the BBQ?
BBQ is available until 21:00.
Do you provide a shuttle service?
Reservation is required in advance. Available before check-in from 15:30 to 18:00, and after check-out at 09:00/09:30/10:00. *Please note your preferred time may not be available depending on reservations.
Are campfires or fireworks allowed?
Campfires are not permitted. Handheld fireworks are allowed on the gravel area until 21:00.
Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
There is a convenience store within a 5-minute walk and a supermarket about 3 minutes by car. Please check Google Maps for more details.
How do I check in?
We will send you the check-in instructions and online check-in guide to your registered email address by the day before arrival. You can self check-in using the door code and tablet code.
What amenities are provided?
Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided per guest. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are available in the bathroom. Please bring your own pajamas.
What seasonings are provided?
Salt, pepper, and vegetable oil are provided.
Can I bring my own BBQ equipment?
Bringing your own BBQ equipment is not allowed.
Can I pay in cash on-site?
Yes, cash payment is available. Please select “Cash Payment” when booking.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Is cleaning provided during consecutive stays?
During consecutive stays, staff will not enter your room. If you would like trash collection or linen replacement, please contact us. These services can be arranged.
