■ About Check-in

What time is check-in?
Check-in at Villas Fuji Terrace starts from 4:00 PM. Self check-in is available. If you wish to check in earlier, please contact us in advance. Please note that early check-in may not always be available.
How do I check in?
We will send check-in instructions and online check-in details to your registered email address by the day before arrival. Using the online check-in service “minpakin,” you can access the villa via a door code and tablet code.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
How do I check out?
Check-out is self-service. Please follow the instructions in the in-house guidebook and complete the process using the tablet provided.
Is staff support available?
Yes. If you need assistance, you may contact the emergency number at any time. Our staff are located nearby.

■ About Reservations

What payment methods are available?
Cash and credit card payments are accepted on-site. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us in advance.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 2 days before the check-in date are free of charge. Cancellations made the day before or on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
Why is a credit card required when making a reservation?
Credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation and verify your identity. This applies to all booking platforms, including our official website.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
Unfortunately, for security reasons, we do not accept reservations by phone.
How can I cancel my reservation?
A cancellation link is included at the bottom of your reservation confirmation email. Please use that link to complete the cancellation.
Can I receive a receipt?
Yes, we can issue an electronic receipt. It will be sent to you between check-in and after check-out.

■ About the Rooms

Can I see Mount Fuji from the room?
On clear days, Mount Fuji can be seen from the rooms and within the property. Please note that visibility depends on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.
What amenities are provided?
We provide bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes for each guest. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. Please bring your own pajamas.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available for guests. Up to two cars can be parked per villa.
What is the maximum number of guests?
Each villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. Villa B can accommodate up to 9 guests.
Are infants included in the guest count?
Children under 5 years old are not included in the guest count, and no additional charge applies.
How many toilets are there?
Each villa has two toilets, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.
Is there a bathroom?
Each villa has one bathroom.
Please tell us about the bedding.
Villas A & C: Three bedrooms on the first floor, each with two single beds. On the second floor, there are two sofa beds with futon sets. Villa B: Two bedrooms with two single beds each, and one Japanese-style room with three futon sets on the first floor. On the second floor, there are two sofa beds with futon sets.
Can we move the beds?
Please do not move the beds. As stated in the house rules, moving furniture may cause damage or stains to floors and walls. In case of damage, compensation may be required.
Where is the bathroom located?
The bathroom is located on the second floor.
What kitchen equipment is available?
We provide a stove, pots, frying pans, electric kettle, knives, cutting board, cutlery, tableware, hot plate, spatula, ladle, cooking chopsticks, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, and freezer.
BBQ grills are available for an additional fee.
Is air conditioning available?
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which can be adjusted to your preferred temperature.

■ BBQ & Activities

How much does BBQ equipment rental cost?
Gas BBQ grill rental is available for ¥4,000 per day or ¥6,000 for two days. (Includes basic BBQ tools and cleaning fee.) Reservations are required by the day before.
Until what time can we use the BBQ?
BBQ use is permitted until 9:00 PM.
What seasonings are provided?
Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided.
Can we bring our own BBQ equipment?
Bringing your own BBQ equipment is not permitted.
Can we have a bonfire or fireworks?
Bonfires are not allowed. Handheld fireworks may be used in the gravel area until 9:00 PM.
What BBQ tools are included?
Tongs, paper plates, disposable chopsticks, trash bags, kitchen paper, and aluminum foil are provided. Seasonings are available in the kitchen.
Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
A convenience store is within a 5-minute walk, and a supermarket is within a 3-minute drive. Please check Google Maps for details.

Is there a shuttle service?
Shuttle service is available by advance reservation.
Before check-in: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
After check-out: 9:00 / 9:30 / 10:00
Availability may vary depending on reservations.
Can you arrange a taxi during our stay?
Yes, please feel free to contact us.
What is the nearest station?
The nearest station is Kawaguchiko Station, approximately 8 minutes away by car.
