■ About Check-in

What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Guests can enter the room via self check-in.
How do I check in?
We will send you instructions for check-in and online check-in to your registered email address by the day before arrival. You can complete self check-in using the online service “minpakin” with the provided door code and tablet code.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
How do I check out?
This is a self check-out process. Please turn off all electronic devices and gas, then complete the check-out procedure on the tablet.
Is staff assistance available?
Yes. If you need assistance, you can contact the emergency number at any time. Our staff is stationed nearby.

■ About Reservations

What payment methods are accepted?
Online credit card payment in advance, as well as on-site cash and credit card payments, are accepted.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 2 days before the stay date are free of charge. Cancellations on the day before or the day of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the accommodation fee.
Why is credit card information required at the time of booking?
Credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation and verify your identity. This applies to bookings made through platforms other than our official website as well.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
We apologize, but for security reasons, we do not accept reservations by phone.
How can I cancel my reservation?
A cancellation link is included at the bottom of your confirmation email. Please use that link to proceed.
Can I receive a receipt?
Yes, an electronic receipt can be issued. It will be sent to you between check-in and after check-out.

■ About the Room

Can I see Mt. Fuji from the room?
Yes, Mt. Fuji is visible from the room on clear days. *Please note that Building C has a utility pole in front, so the price is slightly lower, but Mt. Fuji is still visible.
Are pets allowed?
We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed.
What amenities are provided?
Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided for each guest. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are available in the bathroom. Please bring your own pajamas.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available for guests.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 6 guests can stay per unit. *In some cases, only up to 4 guests may be selectable. Please contact us.
Are infants included in the guest count?
Children under 5 years old are not included in the guest count, and no additional charge applies.
Where is the restroom located?
The restroom is located in the living building. There is no restroom inside the DOME. The living building is directly in front of the DOME tent.
Is there a bathroom?
Yes, there is a dedicated bathroom building located next to the living building.
What kind of bedding is provided?
There are four double beds inside the DOME tent.
Can I move the beds?
Please do not move the beds. As stated in the house rules, moving furniture may cause damage or stains to floors and walls. In case of damage, compensation may be required.
Is cleaning provided during consecutive stays?
During consecutive stays, staff will not enter your room. Garbage collection and linen changes are available upon request.
What kitchen equipment is available?
IH stove, pots, frying pan, electric kettle, toaster, knife, cutting board, cutlery, tableware, hot plate, spatula, ladle, cooking chopsticks, tongs, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, and freezer are provided.
*BBQ grill is available for an additional fee.
Is a baby bed available?
A baby bed can be prepared upon request in advance. *Foldable type.
Is air conditioning available?
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, which can be adjusted to your preferred temperature.
Is a hair dryer available?
Yes, it is available in the bathroom.

■ BBQ & Activities

Until what time can we use the BBQ?
BBQ use is available until 9:00 PM.
What seasonings are provided?
Pink salt, black pepper, and cooking oil are provided.
Can I bring my own BBQ equipment?
Bringing your own BBQ equipment is not permitted.
Can we have a campfire or fireworks?
Campfires are not allowed. Handheld fireworks are permitted on gravel areas only. *Not allowed on wooden decks.
Is the BBQ grill rental free?
The BBQ grill can be rented for ¥4,000 per use. For consecutive nights, an additional ¥2,000 will be charged.
Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
There is a MaxValu supermarket within a 5-minute drive. Please check Google Maps for details.

Is there a shuttle service?
Shuttle service is available by advance reservation only.
Before check-in: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
After check-out: 9:00 / 9:30 / 10:00 AM
*Service may not be available depending on reservation status.
Is shuttle service available during the stay?
Shuttle service during your stay is not available. Please use a taxi service.
What is the nearest station?
The nearest station is Kawaguchiko Station.
