What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Self check-in is available.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Is there a front desk?
There is no front desk. Self check-in and self check-out are available. Please make sure to check the email we send you in advance.
How do I check in?
We will send an online check-in guide via email prior to your stay. Details will be provided in the email after booking.

Can I use mobile ordering?
You can place delivery orders from nearby restaurants using the tablet in the living room.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes, a kitchen and basic kitchenware are provided.

■About the Rooms

Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Is there air conditioning and heating in the room?
Yes, of course. You can stay comfortably throughout the seasons.
Are there toilets and baths?
There is one toilet and one bathroom.
What kitchenware is available?
Refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, stove, pots and pans, cooking utensils, knives, cutting board, and tableware are provided.
Is it warm in winter?
The villa is equipped with high-performance heating and air conditioning suitable for Hokkaido’s climate. You can stay warm and comfortable.
How many bedrooms are there?
There are 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and a baby crib is also available.
Is there a washer/dryer?
Yes, available in the bathroom.

■Access & Other Information

Is there parking?
Yes, there is a free parking lot for guests. You can park next to the cottage stairs.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
There is a local supermarket and convenience store within 5 minutes on foot, and many supermarkets within 5–10 minutes by car.
How long is it by taxi from the station?
About 15 minutes by taxi from Asahikawa Station.
How can I cancel my reservation?
There is a cancellation URL link in the email sent at the time of booking. Please cancel using that link.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations on the day before or the day of arrival will be charged 100%. No-shows and invalid bookings will also incur full charges.
