What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Guests can enter the property via self check-in.
How does check-in work?
Check-in instructions and online check-in details will be sent to your registered email address by the day before arrival. Using the online check-in service “maneKEY,” you can self check-in with a door code and tablet code.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
How do I check out?
This is a self check-out process. Please turn off all electronic devices and gas, then complete the check-out procedure on the tablet.
Is staff assistance available?
Yes. If you need assistance, you can contact the emergency number at any time. Our staff are located nearby.
■ About Reservations
What payment methods are accepted?
Online credit card payment in advance, as well as on-site payment by cash or credit card, are accepted.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to two days before the check-in date are free of charge. Cancellations made the day before or on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
Why is credit card information required at the time of booking?
Credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation and verify your identity. This applies to bookings made through both our official website and third-party booking platforms.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
We apologize, but for security reasons, reservations cannot be made by phone.
How can I cancel my reservation?
A cancellation link is provided at the bottom of the confirmation email sent at the time of booking. Please proceed from there.
Can I receive a receipt?
Yes, an electronic receipt can be issued. It will be sent between check-in and after check-out.
■ About the Rooms
Can I see Mount Fuji from the room?
Unfortunately, Mount Fuji is not visible from the property. However, there are nearby viewpoints within walking distance where you can enjoy views of Mount Fuji.
Are pets allowed?
We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed.
What amenities are provided?
Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided for each guest. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. *Please bring your own pajamas.*
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking for guests is available in front of the house for up to two vehicles.
What is the maximum number of guests?
Up to 8 guests can stay per cottage.
Are infants included in the guest count?
Children under 5 years old are not included in the guest count, and no additional fee will be charged.
How many toilets are there?
Each cottage has two toilets.
Is there a bathroom?
Each cottage has one bathroom, located on the second floor.
Please tell us about the bedding.
The first floor has a Japanese-style room with four futon sets. The living room sofa can also be used as a sofa bed.

May I move the beds?
Please do not move the beds. As stated in the house rules, moving furniture may cause damage to floors or walls. If any damage occurs, compensation may be required.
Is BBQ allowed?
BBQ is not permitted due to local regulations.
What kitchen equipment is available?
A stove, pots, frying pans, kettle, toaster, kitchen knife, cutting board, cutlery, tableware, spatula, ladle, chopsticks, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, and freezer are provided.
Are there chairs or beds for children?
A child chair is available. A baby bed can be prepared upon request in advance. *This is a foldable type.*
Is heating available indoors?
Heating is provided in all rooms during the winter season.
Is there a hair dryer?
Yes, it is provided in the bathroom.

Until what time can BBQ be used?
BBQ use is allowed until 9:00 PM.
What seasonings are provided?
Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided.

Is there a shuttle service?
We’re sorry, but there is no shuttle service. We recommend arriving by private car or rental car.
Can I book a taxi during my stay?
You may contact a local taxi company. *Advance reservations may not be available.*
Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
Supermarkets and convenience stores are within a 10-minute drive. Access on foot is difficult. Please check Google Maps for details.
