This was our second stay at K Cottage, and once again we were truly impressed. The location is excellent, very close to Mt. Fuji, with a stunning view of the mountain right from the property. The two-story cottage is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a kitchen for cooking and a comfortable living area. We also enjoyed a BBQ at night, making our stay truly memorable.

We had a wonderful time surrounded by warm and cozy furniture and interior design. Since there are no neighboring buildings nearby, the atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. On the other hand, there are no supermarkets or convenience stores close by, so we recommend shopping in advance 😌

I stayed here for a workation. In the quiet surroundings, I was able to work efficiently while refreshing myself with views of Mt. Fuji. There was no dedicated desk or office chair, so I brought my own camping table and chair. On clear nights, the sky is filled with beautiful stars. The shower water pressure was slightly weak, but setting it to the maximum worked fine.

The location is close to Oishi Park and other landmarks around Lake Kawaguchi. The house is very clean and well-designed, especially suitable for families. The property is quite far from the main road and not walkable, so having a car is necessary.

A lovely cottage located in a quiet farming area. A cute, compact, and very clean house with a great view of Mt. Fuji. The area is extremely peaceful, surrounded by farmland. The road leading to the house is quite narrow, so please be careful, especially if driving a large vehicle. Even with our small rental car, the narrow road was a bit challenging.

A lovely two-bedroom house near Oishi Park at Lake Kawaguchi. It was very clean and easy to find using map apps. Self check-in is available through an online check-in system. One bedroom has futon bedding on tatami mats, and the other has three twin beds. We felt peaceful and calm, almost like meditation, especially when visiting Komitake Shrine. The clear view of Mt. Fuji from the 5th Station above the foggy Kawaguchiko area was unforgettable. Unfortunately, K Cottage was fully booked, so we couldn’t stay an extra night. The house offers great value and was extremely clean and comfortable.

As soon as we entered, the house smelled brand new and was very clean throughout. Extra blankets and duvets were provided in the closet, which was very helpful on a cold day. The next morning, we could see Mt. Fuji right in front of us from the living room, which was amazing. The TV remote control was not very responsive and was sometimes difficult to turn on or off, which was a bit frustrating. It would also have been nice to have an ice tray for filling our water bottles the next day.
