Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Are pets allowed?
We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed.
Can we rent BBQ equipment?
BBQ rental is available only for guests staying multiple nights, and can be used during daytime hours only.
Can we bring our own BBQ equipment?
We’re sorry, but bringing your own BBQ equipment is not permitted.
How do I check in?
After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a check-in information email. Online check-in is also available.
What payment methods are available?
We accept both online prepayment and on-site payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made on the day of check-in or the day before will incur a 100% charge. If you do not show up without prior notice, the payment will be automatically processed.
Do you have a baby bed?
Yes, a baby bed can be provided upon request. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use one.
What cooking tools or seasonings are available?
Basic cooking utensils are provided, including frying pans, pots, knives, cutting boards, tongs, plates, and cutlery.
How many toilets are there in the building?
There are two toilets in the house.
What amenities are available?
Towels and toothbrushes are provided for each guest. The bathroom is stocked with branded shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
