What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Until what time can I check in?
If you plan to enjoy activities such as BBQ, please arrive by 6:00 PM.
If not participating in activities, the front desk is open until 8:00 PM.
After that, self check-in will be available.
How do I check in?
By the day before check-in, we will send instructions and online check-in details to your registered email address.
Using the online check-in service “maneKEY,” you can self check-in with a door code and tablet code.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
How do I check out?
Self check-out is available.
If no staff are present at the front desk, you may leave directly.
Is staff assistance available?
The front desk is open until around 8:00–9:00 PM (hours may vary depending on reservations).
When staff are unavailable, you can contact the emergency number.
■ About Reservations
What payment methods are available?
Online advance payment, cash payment on-site, and credit card payment are available.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 2 days before the stay are free of charge.
Cancellations made the day before or on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
Why is credit card information required at the time of booking?
Credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation and verify your identity.
This applies to bookings made through both our official website and other booking platforms.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
Unfortunately, for security reasons, we do not accept reservations by phone.
How can I cancel my reservation?
A cancellation link is included at the end of the confirmation email sent at the time of booking.
Can I receive a receipt?
Yes, we can issue an electronic receipt.
It will be sent between check-in and after check-out.
■ About Rooms
Can I see Mt. Fuji from the room?
Mt. Fuji can be seen from some areas of the property.
Are pets allowed?
We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed.
What amenities are provided?
Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided for each guest.
The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer.

Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available for guests.
If you plan to arrive with more than two cars, please contact us in advance.
What is the maximum number of guests?
Capacity varies by room type:
DOME 1 (Suite): 2 guests /
DOME 2 & 3 (Japandi): 7 guests /
DOME 4, 5 & 6 (Quad): 4 guests.
Are infants included in the guest count?
Children under 5 years old are not included in the guest count, and no fee is charged.
Are the shower rooms private?
Showers and toilets are located in shared areas.
When there are fewer reservations, private use may be available, but during busy periods they are shared.
Is there a toilet in the room?
Toilets are available only in shared areas and are not located inside the rooms.
What type of bedding is provided?
On the first floor, there is a Japanese-style room with three futon sets.
The living room sofa can be used as a sofa bed, and futons can also be laid out.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: one with three single beds and another with two single beds.
Where are the bathroom and toilet located?
They are located at the far end of the property, in front of DOME 4.
Is air conditioning available?
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and you can adjust the temperature as you like.
■ BBQ & Activities
Until what time can BBQ be used?
BBQ, campfires, and handheld fireworks are available until 8:00 PM.
What seasonings are provided?
Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available.
Can I bring my own BBQ equipment?
Bringing your own BBQ equipment is not permitted.
Can we have a campfire or fireworks?
Campfires and handheld fireworks are allowed.
Is the BBQ grill rental free?
No, BBQ grill rental is available from ¥2,500.
What is included in the campfire set and how much does it cost?
Available from ¥2,500 and includes one bundle of firewood, a lighter, fire starter, and a fire pit.
Staff can assist with lighting the fire upon request.
Additional firewood is ¥1,000 per bundle.
What is included in the BBQ grill rental?
The rental includes BBQ tools (tongs, aluminum foil, kitchen paper, knife, cutting board, cutlery, plates, trash bags, lighter), charcoal, charcoal lighting service, and cleaning fee.
Upon request, we also lend items such as a griddle, skillet, hot sandwich maker, skewers, spatula, mini pot, and tabletop stove free of charge.
How much is bicycle rental?
Bicycle rental is available for ¥1,000 for 2 hours.
Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
There are supermarkets within a 5–7 minute drive.

Is there a shuttle service?
A shuttle service is available by advance reservation.
Before check-in: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
After check-out: 9:00 / 9:30 / 10:00

Is shuttle service available during consecutive stays?
Free shuttle service is available only before check-in and after check-out.

The nearest station is Kawaguchiko Station, about a 10-minute drive away.
