■ About Check-in
What time is check-in?
Check-in starts from 3:00 PM. Self check-in is available.
Until what time can I check in?
If you plan to enjoy BBQ or other activities, please check in by 6:00 PM.
The front desk is open until 8:00 PM.
After that time, self check-in will be required.
How do I check in?
We will send check-in instructions and an online check-in guide to your registered email address by the day before your stay.
We use the online check-in system “maneKEY.”
Staff assistance at the front desk is also available.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the front desk.
Please contact us in advance as front desk hours may vary.
Can I pay in advance online?
Yes, please select “Online Payment” when making your reservation.
Payment will be processed by the day before your stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made on the day of arrival or the day before will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be automatically charged as well.
■ About the Rooms
Can I see Mt. Fuji from the room?
Mt. Fuji can be seen from certain parts of the property.
It is not visible from most rooms but can be seen outside depending on the weather.
Are pets allowed?
We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises.
Are the shower rooms private?
Shower rooms and toilets are located in shared areas.
When the number of reservations is small, private use may be possible.
During busy times, they are shared among guests.
Is there a toilet in each room?
Toilets are located only in the shared area.
There are no private toilets inside the rooms.
What amenities are provided?
Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided for each guest.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryers are available in the bathroom (and also inside rooms).
Please bring your own sleepwear.
Is daily cleaning provided for long stays?
Staff will not enter your room during consecutive stays.
If you wish to have your garbage collected or linens changed, please contact us — we can assist.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking for guests is available.
One car per room is standard, but please contact us in advance if you need parking for two cars.
What is the maximum number of guests per room?
DOME1: up to 2 guests / DOME2 & 3: up to 7 guests / DOME4–6: up to 4 guests.
■ BBQ & Activities
Until what time can we enjoy BBQ, bonfires, or fireworks?
All outdoor activities are permitted until 8:00 PM.
What seasonings are provided?
Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided.
Can I bring my own BBQ or bonfire equipment?
Bringing your own BBQ or bonfire equipment is not permitted.
Is the BBQ grill rental free?
No, BBQ grill rental starts from ¥2,500.
What does the bonfire set include, and how much is it?
The bonfire set starts at ¥2,500 and includes one bundle of firewood, a lighter, fire starter, and a fire pit.
Staff can assist with lighting upon request.
Additional firewood: ¥1,000 per bundle.
What is included in the BBQ grill rental?
Includes BBQ tools (tongs, aluminum foil, kitchen paper, knife, cutting board, cutlery, plates, garbage bags, lighter),
charcoal, charcoal lighting service, and cleaning fee.
Upon request, we can also lend free of charge: iron plate, skillet, sandwich maker, skewers, turner, small pot, or tabletop stove.
How much is bicycle rental?
Bicycle rental is ¥1,000 for 2 hours.

Is there a shuttle service?
Yes, by advance reservation.
Available before check-in between 3:30 PM–6:00 PM, and after check-out at 9:00 / 9:30 / 10:00 AM.
*Please note that availability depends on reservation status.
Is shuttle service available during my stay?
Free shuttle service is only available before check-in and after check-out.
Taxi arrangements can be made for other times.
Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
Supermarkets and convenience stores are located within a 3–5 minute drive.
