Room Notes

For groups of 7 guests, a futon set will be prepared on the sofa bed.

Check-in Method

A PIN code for entry will be sent by email the day before your stay.
Staff may visit if assistance is needed.

Cancellation Policy

A 100% cancellation fee applies for no-shows or cancellations made on the day prior or on the same day.
No-shows via this site will be charged to the registered credit card. Fraudulent card registrations will result in automatic cancellation.

Notes

1. Shuttle reservations from the station must be made by 6:00 PM the day before your stay.
2. BBQs, fireworks, and bonfires are permitted until 9:00 PM.
3. Meal and birthday plans must be reserved at least 3 days in advance.
4. The view of Mt. Fuji is partial, visible from the upper portion of the mountain.
