Everything was excellent. Great location, great shower, great communication, and great amenities. The space was very spacious and we absolutely loved it. There were no issues at all. We had a wonderful stay.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kawaguchiko! The room was clean and well organized, and since it is a detached house, we didn’t have to worry about disturbing others. The parking was very convenient, and the TV was easy to use. Overall, we loved everything. It was very dark when we arrived by car.

More than enough for a family of four! The size was perfect, it was very quiet (we couldn’t hear the river outside at all), and the air conditioning worked extremely well (almost too cold). The pillows were soft (those who prefer firmer or higher pillows may want to bring their own).

The apartment was wonderful—clean, spacious, and perfect for families. The facilities were well equipped. The house has two floors, and the accommodation is on the upper floor with only one toilet on the first floor, which made going downstairs at night a bit inconvenient. We also needed parking for an extra car, so it would be good to check availability in advance.

The host was responsive to our requests and welcomed us warmly. The check-in and check-out procedures were easy to understand. The apartment was easy to find and had a large parking space that could comfortably fit two MPVs. The appliances and cutlery were well stocked, making it perfect for a family trip. The pillows were a bit too flat for us, but this comes down to personal preference.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, and the bathroom is downstairs. The kitchen utensils were very well equipped. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find the rice cooker cord. The heater in the central room was not very warm, but the bedrooms were fine. The parking lot could easily fit two cars. The house next to the river was very pleasant—I like listening to the sound of flowing water. You can see Mount Fuji from the bedroom balcony, although part of the view is slightly blocked by the highway.

The location was especially great. There is a river nearby, and we could also see Mount Fuji, making the scenery beautiful and very relaxing. The property is close to the interchange, making it easy to access by car, and it is located in a quiet residential area. It was also very convenient to have a convenience store within walking distance. We would definitely like to stay again.
