Check-in starts from 3:00 PM. Self check-in is available.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available in front of each trailer. Please park in front of Cone 1 for Trailer A and Cone 2 for Trailer B.
What is the nearest train station?
The nearest station is Kawaguchiko Station, about a 5–8 minute walk.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made on the day before or the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee. No-shows will also be charged 100%.
Is there air conditioning or heating in the room?
Yes, both air conditioning and heating are available for your comfort throughout the year.
Is there a front desk?
There is no front desk. Self check-in and self check-out are available. Staff assistance can be requested if needed.
