What time is check-in?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Self check-in is available.
Is there parking available?
There is space for one car a short distance from the house. If you need to use it, we will send you an instruction email.
What is the nearest station?
The nearest train station is Kawaguchiko Station, about an 8-minute walk.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Are pets allowed?
We’re sorry, pets are not allowed.
Is BBQ allowed?
BBQs and bonfires are not permitted.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
Yes, you can leave your luggage before check-in. Unfortunately, we do not accept luggage storage after check-out.
How do I check in?
After your booking is confirmed, we will send a check-in instruction email. Online check-in is also available.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made online in advance or on-site.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations on the day or the day before will be charged 100% of the stay. Automatic payment will also apply if you do not arrive without notice.
Is a baby crib available?
Cribs are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use one.
What cooking utensils and condiments are provided?
Basic cooking tools are provided, including pots, frying pans, hot plates, knives, cutting boards, tongs, plates, cutlery, etc. Condiments include salt, pepper, and salad oil.
How many toilets are there?
There is one toilet.
What amenities are available?
Towels and toothbrushes are provided for each guest. The bathroom includes branded shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
