What time is check-in?
Check-in starts from 3:00 PM. Self check-in is available.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Stays are available only for guests who agree to our pet policy.
Is there parking?
Yes. A free parking lot exclusively for guests is available.
Can we do BBQ, bonfires, or fireworks?
BBQ, bonfires and handheld fireworks are not allowed on the property.
How do we check in?
We will send the check-in details to the email address you provided at the time of booking. You can enter using the door code.
Is there a shuttle service?
Yes. Available by advance reservation.
What is the maximum occupancy per villa?
Up to 4 guests per villa.
What pet supplies are provided?
We provide toilet sheets, a toilet stand, food bowls, plastic bags, wet wipes for pets, and a cage. If you are particular about items, we recommend bringing your own.
Is there a fee for pets?
Stays with pets are free of charge when booking through our website.
How many toilets are there?
Each villa has one toilet.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
There is a supermarket 3–4 minutes away by car.
What is the cancellation policy?
100% of the fee will be charged for cancellations made on the day before or the day of arrival. In case of a no-show without notice, 100% will also be charged automatically.
Can we see Mt. Fuji?
Yes, it can be seen from the second-floor balcony.
Do the rooms have air conditioning and heating?
Yes, of course. You can stay comfortably at an appropriate temperature according to the season.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Are seasonings provided?
Salt, pepper and salad oil are available.
