What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. You can enter the property via self check-in.
How do I check in?
We will send you instructions for check-in and online check-in to your registered email address by the day before arrival. Using the online check-in service “minpakin,” you can complete self check-in with the door code and tablet code.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
How do I check out?
This is a self check-out. Please turn off all electronic devices and gas, then complete the check-out procedure on the tablet.
Is staff assistance available?
Yes. If you need assistance, you may contact the emergency number at any time. Our staff is located nearby.
■ Reservation
What payment methods are available?
Online credit card payment in advance, as well as cash and credit card payment on site, are available.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free up to 2 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made the day before or on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
Why is credit card information required at the time of booking?
Credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation and for identity verification. This applies to reservations made through third-party booking sites as well.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
We are sorry, but for security reasons, we do not accept reservations by phone.
How can I cancel my reservation?
A cancellation link is included at the bottom of the confirmation email sent at the time of booking. Please use that link to proceed.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, we can issue an electronic receipt. It will be sent to you between check-in and after check-out.
■ Rooms
Can I see Mt. Fuji from the room?
On clear days, you can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji from the room or within the property.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.
What amenities are provided?
We provide bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes for each guest. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. ※Please bring your own pajamas.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available for guests. Up to two cars can be parked per villa.
How many guests can stay?
Each villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Are infants included in the guest count?
Children under 5 years old are not included in the guest count. There is no charge for infants.
How many toilets are there?
Each villa has two toilets.
Is there a bathroom?
Each villa has one bathroom.

There is a Japanese-style room on the first floor with two futon sets.

Can we move the beds?
Please do not move the beds. As stated in the house rules, moving furniture may cause damage to floors or walls. In case of damage, compensation may be required.

The bathroom is located on the second floor.
What kitchen equipment is available?
IH stove, pots, frying pans, electric kettle, toaster, knives, cutting board, cutlery, tableware, hot plate, spatula, ladle, cooking chopsticks, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, and freezer are provided.

Are there chairs or beds for children?
Child chairs are available. Baby beds can be prepared upon request in advance. ※Foldable type.
Is air conditioning available?
Each room is equipped with air conditioning. You may adjust the temperature to your preference.
Is there a hair dryer?
Yes, it is provided in the bathroom.
■ BBQ & Activities
Until what time can we use the BBQ?
BBQ use is available until 9:00 PM.
What seasonings are provided?
Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided.
Can we bring our own BBQ equipment?
Bringing your own BBQ equipment is not permitted.
Can we have a campfire or fireworks?
Campfires are not allowed. Handheld fireworks are allowed on the gravel area only. ※Not permitted on the wooden deck.
Is the BBQ grill available for a fee?
Yes, it is available for rent at ¥4,000 per use. For consecutive nights, an additional ¥2,000 will be charged.
Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
There is a MaxValu supermarket within a 5-minute drive. Please check Google Maps for details.

Shuttle service is available by advance reservation.
