What time is check-in?
Check-in starts from 3:00 PM. Our staff will assist you at the front desk.
Can I bring pets?
We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed.
Is parking available?
Yes. A free parking lot is available exclusively for guests.
Can I rent a BBQ grill?
Yes, BBQ grills (including tools and charcoal) are available for rent.
Are handheld fireworks allowed?
They are allowed until 8:00 PM. Please avoid using them on the wooden deck and use them near your room.
What payment methods are available?
You can choose between online prepayment or cash payment on the day.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Cancellations on the day or the day before incur a 100% charge of the accommodation fee. Automatic payment will also occur for no-shows without notice.
Are the shower rooms private?
Showers and toilets are located in shared spaces. During busy times, they are used jointly.
Do you have baby beds?
We can prepare one upon request. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it.
Are condiments and cooking utensils provided?
They are included in the BBQ rental set. Available condiments are salt, pepper, and cooking oil.
Do you offer a shuttle service?
A reservation in advance is required. Before check-in it runs from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and after check-out from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at 30-minute intervals. We do not provide shuttle service during your stay.
Are there toilets in the rooms?
Toilets are only in shared spaces. There are no toilets in the guest rooms.
What amenities are provided?
Towels and toothbrushes for each guest are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available in the bathroom.
