What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 15:00. Self check-in is possible.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available for guests. Up to 3 cars per villa.
Is BBQ allowed?
We are sorry, but BBQ is not provided at the villa.
Can I use handheld fireworks?
Handheld fireworks are allowed until 21:00. Please avoid the wooden deck and use the designated outdoor area within the property.
How do I check in?
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a check-in instruction email. Online check-in is also available.
What payment methods are available?
You can choose either online prepayment or cash payment on the day of stay.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations on the day of stay or the day before will incur 100% of the accommodation fee. Automatic payment applies even if you do not show up without notice.
How many people can stay in one villa?
Each villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are 2 double beds and 2 futon sets. Additional bedding is not available.
Is a baby bed available?
Baby beds can be provided upon request. Please inform us in advance if you wish to use one.
Are cooking tools and seasonings provided?
Basic cooking tools are provided. Seasonings are not included.
Is shuttle service available?
Shuttle service is not available. It is about a 10-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station. You may also use a taxi from the station.
How many toilets are in the villa?
There is one toilet per villa. The bathroom is also one per villa.
What amenities are provided?
Towels and toothbrushes are provided for each guest. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available in the bathroom.
