■Check-in
What time is check-in?
Check-in at our property starts from 3:00 PM. Self check-in is available.
How can I check in?
We will send you the check-in instructions and online check-in guide to your registered email address by the day before arrival. Please use the online check-in service “minpakuin”. You can self check-in using the door code or tablet code.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Is staff assistance available?
Yes. If you need help, you can contact the emergency number at any time.
■About the Rooms
Can I see Mt. Fuji from the room?
Yes, you can enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji from your room on clear days. *For C building, there is a utility pole in front, so the price is slightly lower, but Mt. Fuji is still visible.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, pets are not allowed.
What amenities are provided?
Bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes are provided per guest. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryer are available in the bathroom. Please bring your own pajamas.
Is cleaning provided during consecutive nights?
During consecutive nights, staff will not enter your room. If you would like garbage collection or linen change, please contact us. We can accommodate your request.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available exclusively for guests. Please use the parking spaces in the lot.
How many people can stay?
Up to 4 guests can stay in one building. For more than 4 guests, please contact us.
Are infants counted in the number of guests?
Children under 5 years old are not counted in the number of guests. No charges apply for infants.
■BBQ & Activities
Until what time can I use the BBQ?
Until 9:00 PM.
What seasonings are available?
Pink salt, black pepper, and salad oil are provided.
Can I bring my own BBQ equipment?
Bringing your own BBQ equipment is not allowed.
Can I have a bonfire or fireworks?
Bonfires are not allowed. Handheld fireworks are permitted on the wooden deck or other designated areas until 9:00 PM.
Is there a fee for BBQ grill rental?
Yes, 4,000 yen per rental. For consecutive nights, an additional 2,000 yen applies.
Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
There is a supermarket within 5 minutes by car. Please check Google Maps for details.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you may bring your own food.
■Access & Others
Is there a shuttle service?
Shuttle service is available by reservation. Before check-in: 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, after check-out: 9:00/9:30/10:00 AM. *Service may not be available depending on the reservation status.
What payment methods are available?
You can choose online prepayment or on-site payment. For on-site cash payment, our staff will assist you. Please contact us in advance. For reservation guarantees, credit card information is required. Phone reservations are not accepted.
What is the cancellation policy?
No-show or cancellation on the day before or the day of arrival will be charged 100%. If there is any issue with your credit card information, your reservation may be canceled.
